Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely! At A4Creations, we ensure that the product you receive matches the images and descriptions shown on our website. Each piece goes through strict quality checks before shipping to guarantee accuracy in design, size, and finish.

Please note that slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings, but the craftsmanship and specifications remain exactly as promised.

If you ever receive a product that doesn’t match your order, our return and refund policy has you covered.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, a detailed receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into your A4Creations account under the “My Orders” section.

If you checked out as a guest, your receipt will only be sent via email. For any assistance retrieving it, simply contact us at 📧 support@a4creationss.com, and our team will be happy to help.

How can I return an item?

At A4Creations, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how the process works:

  1. Make an Unboxing Video – To be eligible for returns or refunds, you must record a clear video while opening the package. This serves as proof in case of damage, mismatch, or missing items.

  2. Report the Issue – Contact us at 📧 support@a4creationss.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and attach the unboxing video.

  3. Return Approval – Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

  4. Secure Packaging – Pack the jewelry in its original condition and packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  5. Shipping – You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a product defect or damage.

  6. Refund/Replacement – Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or a replacement will be sent.

⚠️ Important: Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return or refund request.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, in most cases! At A4Creations, many of our designs are restocked based on demand. If an item you love is marked out of stock, you can:

  • Join the Waitlist – Simply click the “Notify Me” button (if available) on the product page and enter your email to be alerted as soon as it’s restocked.

  • Contact Us – For special requests, you can reach us at 📧 support@a4creationss.com, and our team will confirm whether the item will be restocked or if it can be custom-made for you.

⚠️ Please note: Some limited-edition or one-of-a-kind designs may not be restocked once sold out.

We proudly ship our jewelry worldwide . Whether you’re in the United States, Europe, Asia, or beyond, A4Creations ensures safe and reliable delivery to your doorstep.

  • Domestic & International Shipping – Orders are shipped from our facilities via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Address – You can ship your order to your home, office, or any valid residential/commercial address. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain regions.

  • Order Tracking – Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order in real time until it arrives safely.
